Put it on your phone
Install your workspace so it opens like an app, full screen.
Your workspace can live on your home screen next to your other apps. It opens full screen, with no browser bars, straight back to where you left off. There is nothing to download from an app store and nothing to pay for.
On an iPhone or iPad
- Open your workspace in Safari.
- Tap the Share button in the toolbar.
- Scroll down and choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
- Open it from your home screen. The first time, it asks you to sign in once.
On an Android phone
- Open your workspace in Chrome.
- Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen, then Install app.
- Confirm, and the icon appears on your home screen.
Getting around on a phone
- Swipe left and right, or use the bar at the bottom, to move between Chat, Canvas and your Site.
- Canvas is where you watch your assistant work and read what it produced.
- Menu holds everything else: your posts, products, orders, settings and team.

The app needs a connection to reach your assistant. If you lose signal it says so, and picks up again by itself when you are back.
