Terms of use

These cover using Cuzzo AI to run your business's website and marketing.

Your content is yours. You keep ownership of everything you put in, and of your customer list. You grant us only the permission needed to host and publish it on your instruction.
You are responsible for what you publish, including anything your agent drafts and you approve. You confirm you have the right to post it, and that it follows the rules of any platform it goes to.
Connected accounts. You must own or be authorised to manage any account you connect. We act only on instructions from your workspace.
Payments. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Sales through your shop settle to your own connected payment account, less the platform fee shown in Settings.
Availability. We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted.
Ending it. You can cancel at any time and export your content. We may suspend a workspace that is used for anything unlawful or that puts other customers at risk.
