Cuzzo AI is a platform businesses use to run their website, their shop and their marketing. This describes what we hold and why.

What we hold

• Your account: your name, email address and the workspace you belong to.
• Your business content: the pages, posts, products and events you create here.
• Your customers' details, where you have collected them through your own site: their name, email, phone and orders. That data is yours. We process it to run your site and we do not sell it, share it between workspaces, or use it to market to anyone.
• Connected accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe or Google, we store an access token so we can act on your instruction. Tokens are encrypted at rest. We never receive or store your password for any of those services.
• Website traffic: page views and referrers on your site, with no raw IP address and no cross-site tracking.

Social accounts specifically

Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or YouTube channel gives us permission to read which accounts you manage and to publish the posts you or your agent create. We do not read your private messages, we do not post without an instruction, and we do not use anything we read to train a model.

Removing it

Disconnect any account from Settings and its access token is deleted immediately. If you removed our app from Facebook instead, Facebook tells us and we do the same. To delete everything we hold for you, email support@cuzzo.ai and we will confirm when it is done.

Who else sees it

Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf so the product can run: Vercel and Supabase (hosting and database), Cloudflare R2 (files), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and the AI provider that powers your agent. They act on our instructions and nothing is sold to anyone.
