Getting paid

Connecting Stripe, what is deducted, and when money arrives.

All payments run through Stripe into your own Stripe account. Your customers' card details never touch this platform.

Connect Stripe

1. Open Settings and choose Connect Stripe.
2. Answer Stripe's questions about you and your business.
3. Come back and check that the payments section says Taking payments.

Stripe decides when your account is ready. If it still needs something from you, Settings names exactly what it is asking for.

What comes out of a sale

The customer pays the full price plus shipping. Card processing and the platform fee are taken from that, and the rest is transferred to you automatically. Your exact platform fee is shown on the payments card in Settings.
